Work among painters,
sculptors, printers and more. Exceptional location and energy. Half a block
walk to Lake Union. Located across the street for Dale Chihuly’s famous
Boat House. East of Gasworks Park in Wallingford.
The location is bright and warm with 30 foot ceilings and lots of smiles and
fellow artists to collaborate with. Tons of free parking available on the
street and in our
huge private parking lot. Cool
exposed vintage timber gives the space lots of charm and natural light. We
have over a dozen fun
creative artists to hang with in our 5000 sq. foot building.
All
of our standard studio spaces are currently occupied,
however, because our main gallery is only open to the public one evening a
month, we have decided to divide the gallery (for the rest of the
month) into 3 open-air painting spaces. There are no walls or doors
around these unique spaces. These spaces have the best natural and
artificial light sources in the building and have very high ceilings. For
the right person, this will be a great opportunity to work among several
talented full-time artists in a friendly open environment. The 3 main
gallery spaces range from $175 to $225 a month. Occupying one of these
unique open-air spaces, will place you ahead of the line, once one of our
private studios becomes available.
New management is planning monthly gallery showings in conjunction with the
Fremont Gallery Walk beginning November 5th. We would love to have some new cool creative people to
become a part of this new gallery / workspace project. Our standard studio
spaces range from $250 to $600 a month. The price is between $1.00 and $1.25 a sq. foot. Drive
by and take a look. Please email us to set an appointment to view the
spaces.
